Our standard working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, but we can work with you to create a bespoke plan to offer services outside of these hours.

Although we can do pretty much everything remotely, if the need arises, we will come to your office (or offices, we'll cover them all).

Support when you need it

Our normal packages are 9am to 5pm Support Monday to Friday with customised solutions outside of these hours. System/Business critical issues can be raised 24/7 regardless of package and costs agreed from the outset (if they aren't included in the package). Although we have minimum terms on our packages, you can move up/down as much as you like throughout that period based on your business requirements.

Agreed SLAs

All of our packages come with an agreed SLA as follows:

  1. All response levels are acknowledged within 4 business hours of initial contact with potential resolution time (if possible). Not every situation is the same - and where considerable work (reinstalls, restoring backups, full security lockdown etc.) which makes it impossible to keep to our standard SLA, then the SLA will be extended as required.
  2. Critical (A critical system/service is down/unavailable and no work around is available – affects all users)
    The aim is to get these resolved as quickly as possible, the SLA will depend on the severity of the issue so would be agreed from initial contact (where possible).
  3. High (A critical system/service is down/unavailable, but a work around is available or the system is working slowly/partially – affects all users)
    The aim is to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible, but hopefully within the same business day.
  4. Medium (A task, service, or individual is impacted and no work around is available)
    We aim to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible but normally within 3 business days.
  5. Low (A task, service, or individual is impacted and a work around is available)
    For these issues we will work with the user/s affected and agree a suitable resolution timeline. Our aim is to resolve these within 5 business days.
  6. General Query (A task, service, or individual is impacted, but there is low/no impact on productivity)
    As these tend to be general queries that have little/no impact on productivity then we work with the user/s involved but normally we try to resolve them within 7 business days.

Depending on the amount of devices you have to cover, and any other services you have with us - our pricing starts at just £15.00 per month per device (Laptops, Desktop PCs, Tablets) and includes avast Anti-Virus/Firewall protection as well.

With a single one off down payment to cover all data transfer, set up and comprehensive on or off site training (your choice) – then there is a simple monthly fee to cover hosting, support and maintenance – with NO user limits.
